After working with the coaches on my programme, I was given the opportunity to trial for a professional football team in the Philippines. I have now been a fulltime professional footballer for the past four years.

From my level 3 programme I accessed university to study sports coaching. I worked with my coaches and teachers to give myself the best opportunity to succeed, they in return opened the doors that have allowed me to continue on my journey. I am currently working towards a career in sport while plying part-time in non-league football.

When I moved to the UK from Barcelona, I struggled to find a programme that suited what I needed. I found the football programme and am currently studying at one of the best education sites in the country. This year I will be going to Canada to an ID camp where scouts from all over the world will see me play. Even if I do not get picked up, it will be an experience I will never forget.

I not only studied and NVQ and a Btec level 3, I undertook my coaching badges and referee badge while on the course. This enabled me to earn some money part-time within the football industry. Apart from giving me the skills to help me on my career path, I learnt some valuable life lessons that changed my outlook and my work ethic.
