Our learners who progress onto the national apprenticeship schemes do so with a positive mindset, confidence and the character that is best suited to the sports and leisure industry.
Additionally, this scheme can guide learners into part-time or full-time employment within an industry they can ultimately enjoy a career within. We have several partner companies that will take on the right students with the right attitude and support them throughout the process.
Playing Within the Pyramid
Our courses are overseen by industry professional that will assess practical ability levels of each individual learner and offer an exit route that appropriately matches the learner’s chances for a successful outcome.
We do not sell our programmes on elite attainment, however, learners from our programmes have gone on to play their chosen sport within the professional industry.
Within the UK our coaches have a broad range of connection that can offer learners the opportunity to showcase their talent from semi-professional to the very highest level the sport offers.
